As I sit by myself on Times Square, of course I am not alone.
From the City of Stars to the City of screens, or so it seems.
Selfies being taken left and right, I do always wonder how it might have been
to be a young adult in a world without phones. Would this massive square then be filled with film photography and more people writing, just like me?
Meaning more time and care would have been put into the pic. No longer simply opening a screen for a quick flick.
But, keeping in mind, film would search for the perfect frame,
that would mean people would pay more attention to the massive McDonalds campaign.
So perhaps, ’tis better this way; blind and quick.
Less attention to burgers and preferring your healthy Apple pic.
